Was looking for a used car that could handle our growing family. Ray went above and beyond to find the one i asked him to bring to the dealership. Looked at the car and looked great. They found me financing that worked for me since i was just finishing bankrupcy. When the car had a issue a couple days later they went above and beyond to fix all the issues for me. Also nick our service advisor and dale gm did so much for me to make things right

Sadly the services I needed done would have cost me WAY too much ($2500 for a set of headlights) and an ecu flash to reset a tune that untold wasn't there (didn't work. but was ultimately no charged fir a failed flash) by the former owner (A DIFFERENT DEALER) and a new ecu may not have even fixed the issue. so just bad luck on my part, but the service and knowledge from said departments was amazing. Nick was very professional, and went over all the features of my wife's new Outback. My wife drove Honda CVS's for years, and this was her first Subaru. She was very nervous so Nick went over the features of the car twice, so she would be confident with the car before driving off the lot.

I used to think that people were significantly overselling how dealerships "scam" you and charge "hundreds" more for things you can do yourself.

Went in for an oil and filter change and couldn't be happier with my experience. It was very reasonably priced and even came with a car wash. They checked everything over and told me what needed to be done and then answered all my questions. I left a very happy person. I will definitely be back and amazingly it's less expensive than going to a fast oil change place.
