It arrived locally within 2 days. Though the paperwork process is long, Don Mitchell helped make it less cumbersome. He sold me my previous car so we already had a rapor. A great sense of humor really helps. I had only intended a test drive but with Don's help the car came home with me. I am grateful.

I purchased a 2018 Forester in April of 2021.After a few days I decided to change the license plate frames as I don't advertise for free.Imagine my surprise when I realized that your salesman ( or lot jockeys) clipped the top corners of my plates off making it impossible to display just the plate itself( without my knowledge or permission). Rather than storming back to your dealership and making a scene, I've decided instead to have my maintenance done elsewhere.How could I trust any repairs to be done honestly when you would pull a stunt like that???!!

Absolutely terrible. I tried to buy a new car here, and not only was the staff unprofessional and unresponsive, but they sold my car out from under me after we had already worked a deal. At one point, the salesman lost my license in his pockets and was digging for it when a pack of condoms fell onto the desk. My daughter bought a car from Spurr and the first day she had it she realized, because the monitor tells her, that an oil change was not done before it left the dealership. Very disappointed with the arrogance from the appraiser at the Spuur dealership. Too bad the management doesn't seem to focus on positive customer relations. I was able to consummate a good deal trading elsewhere. In the past I have relied on Spurr for servicing my Outback, now with my purchase of a 2015 Subaru Forester from another dealer, I am leery about going back to Spurr after the interaction with Spurr's appraiser. The saddest part is the near proximity of their dealership and the potential of convenience getting my Subaru's serviced there.

My Subaru developed a nasty sounding rattle so I brought it in for service. The sound was very similar to a heat shield issue I had a few months earlier. There service department told me I need new sway bar links and bushings for $332 plus tax. I declined the repair and brought my car to another garage for a second opinion.
